The Fourth Chairman's Meeting of the Ninth Session of the Winding Wire Professional Work Department was Held

The Fourth Chairman (Expanded) Meeting of the Winding Wire Professional Work Department of the Wire and Cable Branch of the China Electrical Appliances Industry Association was held in Baoying, Jiangsu Province from May 4 to 6, 2023. General Manager Ou，Zhang of G.Y.M and General Manager Dai of S.Y.M attended the meeting.

During the meeting, various enterprises reported on their production and operation situation for 2022 and the first half of 2023, and discussed the difficulties and pain points faced by the industry's development, such as environmental pressure, safety pressure, cost pressure, and difficult recruitment. The market situation was severe, and in 2022, there was a market contraction compared to 2021 in terms of sales of enameled wire factories and paint factories.

At present, based on the conference communication, it can be seen that the production capacity of China's enameled wire configuration has the ability to support the world. If there is a market decoupling and chain breaking, the market will further enter. Currently, some export products require carbon footprint certification, and the dual carbon policy will also bring certain pressure to enterprises. Faced with the unfavorable market situation, attendees generally proposed their own corporate response measures, such as practicing internal skills, strengthening equipment transformation and investment in automation and intelligence, improving the integration ability of three modernizations, adjusting product and customer structures, and controlling the company's cash flow.

During the same period, the second working meeting of the second session of the Winding Wire Expert Committee was held in Baoying, Jiangsu from May 5th to 7th, 2023. G.Y.M Zhang and S.Y.M General Manager Dai attended this meeting. At the meeting, the "Guiding Opinions on the Development of the Winding Wire Industry during the 14th Five Year Plan" was interpreted, the technical content of the revision of the GB/T 4074 "Winding Wire Test Methods" standard was discussed, and relevant matters of the September 2023 Winding Wire Technology Forum were discussed. The attending experts exchanged and discussed recent industry hotspots.

After the meeting, the attending representatives visited the automation and intelligence achievements of Wuxi Juyi Tongchuang Technology Co., Ltd. Yangzhou Branch, including the renovation of small pulling machine automation production lines, intelligent logistics, and three-dimensional warehouse renovation projects.
