WS收线机是属于高速型收线机，适合与高速的拉丝机或其它的放线设备配套。收线机控制板上的急停开关、
防护罩的安全保护开关、制动系统等可以与其配套设备的急停系统连接，确保生产过程的安全。收线机是采用直
流或交流变频驱动（用户选择）；排线为丝杆离合换向，独立电机驱动，通过变频调速可调节排距；排位是采用
电机进行调节，可根据收线盘的宽度进行调整。WS收线机分别有手动式、气动式、液压式的机型供用户选择。
Ws spoolers is one of higt speed spoolers,suitable
for higt speed wire drawing machine and/or other pay off devices.Emergency
button of control board,safely protection switches assembled
on protection cover,break system etc. can connect to other
related emergency stop system of machine.
Winding motor is DC motor and/or AC motor driven by inverter.Traverse
device driven by independent motor and direction change is
carried out through screw-shaft reduction device.Traverse
width is
set by manual and driven by motor in accordance with the width
of spool.There are manual type,
pneumatic type and hydraulic type WS spoolers for choice. |
